I dedicated 30 years to Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd., followed by 4 years as the CEO of Banseok TVS. Currently, I am the Founder and CEO of MSPM Consulting.

Since 2010, I have been lecturing at Seoul National University, covering subjects such as Construction Management, Advanced Building Materials & Methods, Building Construction, Introduction to Building Construction & Construction Management, and Smart Construction. Furthermore, since 2008, I have served as an Adjunct Professor at several prestigious institutions, including Soongsil, UOS (University of Seoul), Kwangwoon, Hongik, Suwon, and Ajou University.
