Seoul Munjeong Elementary School is becoming vacant, and there is a shortage of students in the schools in Songpa district. On the other hand, construction of adult education facilities and cultural centers is underway. The student population has not decreased. Now, before the empty schools transform into yet another Raemian or Xii, we need to find ways to engage with these students.
 
These new students actively seek learning opportunities and engage in various activities. They have no intention of being trapped in uninteresting school buildings. Schools need to reflect elements of the urban environment to a certain extent. Furthermore, this transformation should not only supplement the existing inadequate school programs but also evolve into an educational zone that takes responsibility for lifelong education right in their neighborhoods.
