This project is to transform Hoegi station, an existing station above ground, into a green complex to “rebirth” the insufficient green space in the developed city center. Due to existing ground railways, there is a disconnection between regions. And there is no space to act as a central even though it is an area with a large floating population due to colleges and residences. The intention is to create a new centrality that can maintain the function of the existing station, connect the two disconnected areas, and provide insufficient green space in the nearby city center.
