  바. 시상내역 : 최우수상(1팀) 100만 원, 우수상(2팀) 각 70만 원, 장려상(2팀) 각 30만 원

The Korea Institute of Human Resources Development in Science and Technology(KIRD) is hosting the Best Practices Contest for Multicultural STEM Research Teams to promote collaboration and communication within multicultural research groups in Korea. The contest aims to discover and share successful teamwork stories, communication strategies, and management know-how from diverse research environments.

• Application Period
  • October 2 (Tue) - November 2 (Sun), 2025 (by midnight KST)

• Eligibility
  • Multicultural STEM research tems at universities or research institutes in Korea

  • November 13 (Thu), 2025 - to be posted on the KIRD website and notified individually

• Awards
  • 1 Grand Prize Team: KRW 1,000,000
  • 2 Excellence Teams: KRW 700,000 each
  • 2 Honorable Mentions Teams: KRW 300,000 each
  • Award money will be provided to the faculty or PI for use toward team-building activities

  • Selected teams will be invited for interviews, and the honorarium will be provided to participants.
