Due to disqualification of a selected student for the Hyungsong Global Scholarship Program during the 2nd semester of 2025, a one-time support scholarship recipient will be selected as follows.

A. # of Recipient : 2 people from engineering college.

B. Eligibility

1. 1. International graduate students from developing countries with strong academic capability (minimum GPA 3.1 in the previous semester; freshment must be admitted to the College of Engineering graduate program) who will be enrolled for at least their second semester, and who are recommended by the department/college chair.
   2. Must not receive overlapping cholarships from corporations or other foundations. (University scholarships and Korean Government Scholarships (KGSP) allowed.)
   3. Priority should be given to students experiencing financial difficulty in paying tuition.

C. Scholarship Details

• • 2025, 2nd semester: KRW 10,000,000 (academic encouragement scholarship)
  • New recipients recommended in 2026 will be granted eligibility for review. If selected, they will receive KRW 20,000,000 per year (KRW 10,000,000 per semester)

D. Required Documents

• • University forms: Scholarship application, recommendation letter, consent for personal information use, candidate list(completed by department staff)
  • Additional documents: Self-introduction & study plan, academic transcript, copy of bank account.

• • Scholarship award ceremony will be held in March 2026. Awardees must attend.
